Will & Caitlin Hard

Will and Caitlin are the proud new owners of Pine Street Barbershop & Salon!

They immediately fell in love with Richmond when they relocated to the city in 2020, and have been placing roots in the city ever since. They love the close-knit community, central location, and historic charm of the Oregon Hill neighborhood.

Outside of Pine Street Barbershop and Salon, Caitlin is a physical therapist and Will works in solar energy sales.

In their free time, they love to spend time with their daughter, Emerson, travel, play kickball, and explore RVA eateries and breweries.

Heather Wells

Heather is a seasoned stylist of 15 years specializing in custom hair color services and precision cuts. Her portfolio ranges from subtle and natural to bold, innovative looks.

Her career began here in Richmond back in 2009 and has taken her all over the country in the years since; she is elated to be back to her roots in RVA.

Heather takes pride in her ability to provide a strong consultation and friendly communication, ensuring her guests feel comfortable and confident in her chair.

Dragan Yerkic

Dragan is a Multi-Talented Professional at Pine Street Barbershop and Salon! Since 1998, Dragan has been a key figure at our salon, bringing his extensive expertise to the forefront. Born and raised in Bosnia & Herzegovina, he ventured to Germany during his formative years, securing his cosmetology license and honing his skills.

He is a true academic achiever, with a BA in Foreign Languages in German Literature and a Certificate in International Business from VCU. Taking his education even further, he earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Averett University! Dragan has excelled in a range of roles including managerial and director roles spanning International Healthcare, Claims Management, Operations, and even Human Resources.

Every Saturday, Dragan channels his artistic energy at Pine Street Barbershop and Salon, crafting incredible styles for his dedicated clientele. He’s an entrepreneur and small business owner who embodies the spirit of innovation and artistry.

Dragan finds joy in spending time with his wife and two daughters. An accomplished musician, he showcases his talents on the guitar and bass, often recording his own music.
